Base level assessments: Base level assessments are self assessments.  They are designed to prompt you and assist in gaining clarity in many areas. Currently our  product range has some 500 plus assessments ranging from personal to Large Corporations.

 

Comprehensive assessments: Such assessments are utilised for individuals or business's striving for excellence and peek performance. Most require certification qualifications to conduct to very specific qualifications.

 

  • Emotional Quotient (EQ): Just like IQ but for our capabilities to understand how we process our emotions. Individuals with high EQ are successful in life, business and relationships.

Skill set is one thing but, are they a self starter, self motivator and in the right industry. This can be an excellent assessment to be carried out when employing someone or for current staff to help motivate them in the right area. We are all driven and motivated by different things and this assessment determines what that is for the individual.

    EEG Bio Feedback:  This is a very comprehensive assessment of our state of mind.  Studies have shown that when we are in particular states of mind we generate with ease, think creatively and perform at peek levels.  This assessment is seen in real time with graphical representation of what our mind is doing (real time).

    Audio processing capability:  We process sounds in many ways and at times we create distortions on what is heard.  Not just from a musical sense but in the words we hear.  After all, our words are nothing more than complex sounds and with this assessment it can be determined where you are at.  Research has found that this processing problem is more common than not.  Ever thought or said to someone “you are not listening to me”.  The fact is they probably are, but the way it is processed is the problem.
